house cleaning, housekeeping, maid service in Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake, Corona, Menifee, Sun City, French Valley.Time Required- The time required to clean a home or apartment is based on the size and conditioning of the property, and the package chosen:  Bronze Housecleaning, Silver Housecleaning, or the Gold Housecleaning package.

Housekeeping Instructions- Providing the service professional with a Priority List is the best way to make sure that all required tasks are completed.

Scheduling Service- The service professionals we refer to you are available Monday through Friday.  Some of our service professionals will work on Saturdays.

Availability- If your scheduled service professional can’t make it, for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule for a different day or arrange for a substitute. If your regular service professional is no longer available we will provide a new referral so you receive continuous service.

Meeting and Greet- On the first scheduled visit, it is helpful for you to meet the service professional we have referred to you. This will give you the opportunity to answer any questions they may have regarding your Priority List and introduce them to any pets.

Entry to Your Home- Please provide a way for your service professional to gain entry to the home. If you are unable to meet on the first day scheduled, please make arrangements in advance. If you have an alarm system either disengage it for that day or explain the system use on the first service date.


Satisfaction- We love your feedback. It is very important to us. Our job is to match you with a service professional you are satisfied with. If you are not happy with your service professional, let us know and we will refer a different service professional.

Reschedule or Cancel- To cancel or reschedule an appointment we require at least 24 hour notification to reschedule or cancel a service call. There is a $30.00 fee for cancellations without a 24 hour notice.  We will do our best to meet your schedule.

Payments- All payments are due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, or in some cases checks. Please make checks payable to Abby Services. Call our office prior to the service if paying by debit or credit card. If paying by check, a credit card is required to be on file as a back up payment method. In the event you forget to leave a check at the time of service we will charge your credit card.


Damages and Keys- The service professional accepts sole responsibility for property damages or lost house keys as a result of their actions.

Soliciting- Each service professional signs a Referral Agreement with Abby’s Domestic Referral Agency, which prohibits them from working directly for any client referrals obtained through our Agency. Please don’t solicit them or encourage them to solicit you.  Thank You!
